American Legion Riders Post 259 Bike Night!
Sunday, September 14th
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
American Legion Post 259, Oneonta, NY 13820
Whether you're cruising on a cruiser, sportin' a sportbike, or anything in between, all bikes and all riders are welcome!
We're handing out some serious cash for the top three bikes!
1st Place: $150
2nd Place: $100
3rd Place: $75
We'll have plenty to keep you fueled up with free hot food and cold drinks.
This event is free and open to the public, so spread the word and bring your friends!
We've been looking forward to this and can't wait to see a fantastic turnout of incredible bikes and even better people.
Plus, try your luck with our 50/50 raffle! The best part? Proceeds from the raffle will go to support the awesome work of Friends of the Feral,
so you can have a great time while helping out some furry friends!
Bike Registration & Judging:
- Upon arrival, please register your motorcycle to be eligible for the Top 3 Bike prizes. Registration is free!
- Judging will be conducted by attendees of the Bike Night. We encourage everyone to look at the awesome rides and cast their vote!
- Voting will close promptly at 5:30 PM.
- The final decision and announcement of the Top 3 Bikes will be made at approximately 5:45 PM.

25th Anniversary 9/11 Legacy Run
When: Sunday, September 12, 2026
Registration: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
9/11 Ceremony: 10:10-1:30 am
Kickstands Up: 10:45 am
Cost: $20 per participant
Location: 279 Chestnut Street, Oneonta, NY at the American Legion
The American Legion Riders Post 259 with the Red Knights Chapter 44
are proud to host the 25th Annual Legacy Run.
Proceeds for the run will go to the children of post-9/11 active-duty service members, veterans, or active first responders.
The scholarship supports the possibility of higher education for children from Otsego, Delaware and Chenango County whose parent(s) choose to sacrifice so much.
This is our way of saying thank you.

9th Annual Vets for Pets Run
Ride for a cause that wags its tail. The Legion Riders at Post 259 proudly host the Vets for Pets Run in support of three local animal rescues: the Susquehanna SPCA, Super Heroes Humane Society, and Friends of the Feral.
RAIN OR SHINE: We ride or we party. Either way, we're on.
If the weather cooperates, kickstands go up at 10:30, and we ride.
If it doesn't, the party starts at 10:30.
Either way, the food is hot, the auction tables are full, the 50/50 is running, and the rescues are here with adoptable animals.
Your registration supports the cause no matter the forecast, so register, show up, and let's pack the Legion.
